Just a reminder since we have our first trade of the year up on the block. We have put together a trade committee consisting of
Me (Shelbyville)
kickthepony (Isotopes)
tummysticks17 (Scrubs)
cmays (Jose Altruve)
Trine Thunder
BlameJonnyV (SA Gauchistas)
Nomar Mr. NiceGuy
Here's the deal with this of course if someone is involved in the trade they can't vote for it. Everyone will be seeing the poll with the trade, I ask that if you are not part of the trade committee that you do not vote on the trade. IF you do see some displeasure and what your voice heard on the trade here are the following rules.
You may comment in the trade thread, but you MUST MUST MUST MUST wait til both teams have confirmed the vote. DO NOT say OH MAN THIS TRADE IS LOPSIDED before the trade is approved by both teams. This is so there is no backing out of trades because of what other people say etc etc....
For the trade committee guys, we will leave a reason why we are voting against the trade if we believe the trade should be voted against. Basically we are looking at if trades are HISTORICALLY bad... ie... Mike Trout for Wilmer Flores. Any signs of collusion... 4 deals made by the same two teams that look very slanted when put together. Or anything that would really put the future of a team at A HUGE disadvantage... aka trading your whole draft for one player.
