Tigers LF Justin Upton just left the team's game against the Washington Nationals with head athletic trainer Kevin Rand. Upton went down after nearly colliding with Anthony Gose in LCF. Not clear whether Gose clipped him or not. Regardless, slow to walk off and being replaced by Jason Krizan in LF
