He's not even that good. I would keep Heyward in Center with Soler in right and Schwarber in left. Have Heyward be the backup for Left (his arm strength could help in left when he isn't playing center), Baez backup right, and Fowler backup center. Then again, I didn't just re-sign him for 8 mill lol.
It also impacts Albert Almora should he capitalize on an improved year last year

From what I've read so far it's gonna be Schwarber-Fowler-Heyward as their starting 3, but we'll see what happens.

That really brings down the value of so many players on the Cubs. For a player that really is a cookie cutter center fielder. They must be seeing things they don't like in Spring Training already

A lot they don't like especially if they had soler, schwarber, and even Baez out there they gotta be giving up soler somewhere

This thought just popped in my head - they must view one of the young players as trade bait. They know they can flip him for something they need. Or the plan is to put Schwarber behind the plate and they are down an outfielder.
Or I have no idea what's going on. I'm just a guy who ripens bananas.

It's gotta be schwarber behind the plate, which would actually increase his value for another year with catcher elgibility
