For a player to be considered not a prospect anymore by MLB rule, he needs 130 AB's or 45 innings pitched. When the rule was copied over to the league, it was put at 120 and not 130 by a mistake. Moving forward from this moment, the rule is 130.

I'm assuming that since you said "moving forward from this moment" that my pick of Buxton still counts? If not let me know what you want me to do.

I ended up copying it wrong from the page I copied it from. It was late, I was throwing the rules together I never went back and looked. It falls on me.

Don't worry. It only fucks over whoever had second pick in the minors draft

I agree it should be consistent with the actual MLB rule of 130 AB. Probably Minnesota kept Buxton 1 AB shy so he could make a ROY run for 2016. I've got the 3rd pick in the minors draft, and while Buxton is an intriguing player he wouldn't be in my top 3 of the *entire* minor league universe. I had drafted him in another league back in 2014 and he still hasn't emerged as useful. Once a guy shows no ROI after 2 consecutive years, you become wary of drafting him again.
