So just to make sure everyone's on the same page about the trade deadline and what it means for rosters the rest of the season since we didn't really do a good job explaining it.
According to the last round of winter meetings we had about this, the trade deadline is over and waivers are no more

What we didn't think about was "OK how do we send people down and what not."
So what we talked about in the discord was basically keep using waivers to send people down, but no claims/trades through waivers.
Yes it basically allows you free reign in sending people up and down as you wish, but we figured it was better than trying to implement some band-aid rule this close to playoffs. Plus it keeps a paper trail of promotions/demotions should we ever need to check that for some reason.
We'll revisit this in the next round of winter meetings, so if you have any ideas on fixes or other issues here's a thread for upcoming topics
