Anyone else having trouble with Fantrax? It says we are a premium league and we have an outstanding balance.

I came to check the playoff scoring and can't make any moves or see any results as per this statement:
ACCESS DENIED
You cannot access this league because it is a Premium league and there is still an outstanding balance owing. You, or anyone in the league can pay for part or all of the amount outstanding. Click here to get to the page where payment can be made. Alternatively, the Commissioner can remove the premium features being used via League Setup and then downgrade the league to a Standard league, which is free.

Yup having the same problem. Seems like we should just pay the fees? Would be pretty cheap splitting 16 ways

Contacting them now. It says we are a premium league but on the list of premium features, none of them are checked off.

Fixed. It was an error on their part. If anyone had changes they couldn't make due to this, message me and I will make them for you.

I think this must be an error on the part of Fantrax. I don't think any settings changed, and there was no such ransom request all season, until now.
But if they waited until the playoffs to make shit up and extort money for "premium" services we had all along, then I say screw them. We finish off the playoffs however they let us for free, then find another thing for next year. Note that Yahoo permits 10 minor league roster spots and the rest we could manage on the spreadsheet. Don't give in to extortion, don't pay the ransom.

Ok, "error". I bet they pulled this error with a lot of leagues, and a lot of leagues just panicked and payed it. So they just backed down when called on it.
