I don't think you can unless you're logged into Google.
You should however be able to download it as an excel file or a couple other file types.

Also, if not here's the multipliers copied from the rule post
2 years: 10% (multiply AAV by 1.1) 3 years: 20% (multiply AAV by 1.2) 4 years: 30% (multiply AAV by 1.3) 5 years: 40% (multiply AAV by 1.4)
Gotta beat bp by 15%

I should mention that the calculator for me broke sometime at the end of last year, when the whole spreadsheet changed to "view only". Logins and different browsers make no difference. my guess is it is a permissions problem, where you need admin permissions to use it. I just use the above formula and my own calculator. It makes me think through the bid a little more but at the cost of sometimes miscalculating. I take the current bid point, multiply that by .15, then add that sum to the current bid point to reach the new bid point threshold to beat.

It's not that hard. Take the current BP, multiply by 1.15. That's the BP you need to beat. Divide by the AAV multiplier to figure out what the minimum you need for that number of years is.
Example: Previous bid is 1 yr, 5M, BP: 5.
5*1.15 = 5.75. This is what I need to be beat.
I can do that on a 1 year deal with a bid of 5.75. A 2 year deal of 5.75/1.1=5.228. A 3 year deal of 5.75/1.2 = 4.800. Or a 4 year deal of 5.75/1.3=4.424<5 so 5.000.
