Here's the quick and dirty of how we're doing this.
Two topics are getting thrown out at a time. We'll take 24 hours to discuss the pros and cons. After that we'll vote for 24 hours.
I'll be posting the first two topics shortly and voting will start on Friday. Timers will stop on weekends and we'll resume on Monday.
