When are we doing our winter meetings and when does free agency begin?

It will be next week for winter meetings, free agency we will hold off as late as possible maybe February to let the MLB free agency to develop so we have an idea of what players will be where

I imagine either this coming Monday, or the week after.
Sorry for the lack of communication. I haven't been on much due to work, Thanksgiving, finals, Christmas, and then new years all one after the other. Shit has been pretty hectic.
Tom was working on the list of what we're going to be discussing, but I know he's been swamped with all the things I have been too that I listed above. I imagine Eric isn't having much time either with the holidays and trying to raise an entire basketball team's starting lineup at the same time.
I think what we discussed was posting a topic, letting everyone discuss it for a certain time, then having a voting time, then moving onto the next topic. That way we can cover a topic or two per week, giving us time to get through everything without rushing.
So if not this Monday, then next one for sure. We'll send out emails when we start. Until then, enjoy the holidays.

Essentially what David said, also I am out of town right now for a death in my girlfriends family. I'll be back by the end of the week and we will kick things off on the other side of the new year.
